Job Purpose
The Group is looking to recruit an individual to develop and manage the marketing function.  A key success factor will be the generation of targeted, quality leads for our sales team to convert.  This is a newly created role and the individual would be a key part of this function going forwards.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

The role will include work in the following areas:

• CRM system management
• Database operation and management
• Desk based market research to develop sector info and qualify prospects
• Social media activity management
• Website management and optimisation
• Activity management
• Contact management

Qualifications required:

It is anticipated that the successful candidate will have the following skills and attributes:

• Marketing qualification
• Proven experience in developing new business relationships
• Good rapport/listening/questioning skills
• The drive to see things through to conclusion
• Target driven
• Relationship focused, enjoys being part of a team
• High attention to detail
• The confidence and commitment to contact prospects and build relationships
